SHIPPING POLICY
At Maison Veya, we work to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. Because of this, Maison Veya is unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted.
Once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to start the return process if your order is eligible. After your return is received and approved, we can process your refund according to our refund policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping at checkout and your order is lost in transit, you may be eligible for either a reshipment or a refund.
If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing and your package is lost in transit, Maison Veya will reship your package.
Lost or Missing Packages
Maison Veya is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct before completing your order.
If Maison Veya makes an error with your order or shipping information, we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Maison Veya is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges once an order has shipped.
By purchasing from Maison Veya, you understand that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply when your package arrives in your country.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are listed below:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada and Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Central and South America: 15–25 business days
Asia: 7–15 business days
Africa: 15–30 business days
Maximum estimated delivery time: 20 business days.
Please note that these estimates do not include our standard 2–3 business day processing time.
All shipping estimates exclude customs, clearance, or carrier-related delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may take time to update depending on the shipping carrier.
Tracking Says “No Information Available”
For some carriers, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update in the system.
